With all of the flooding and Mississippi misbehavior, it got me thinking….alot of sand is being put into sand bags to attempt to “dam” the damn water and keep it back….What about when these sand bags DON’T work and get swept away and possibly punctured? I’m sure there are well over 100,000 tons of sand forming levy’s up and down Missouri. That would probably only cause more problems. Kind of like that episode of The Simpson’s where a rare type of lizard infiltrated all of the birds nests..and in order to eradicate the lizards the mayor decided to introduce a type of venomous snakes into the city….and to get rid of the snakes..someone suggested gorillas…
So basically…
Sandbagging isn’t going to solve anything , if anything it will give the National Guard more of a reason to get off of their lazy asses.
